Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

As our products are made-to-order, we primarily offer exchanges instead of refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Not show signs of wear, smell, or makeup stains

Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

All returns must be initiated through our return portal.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will either:

• Send a replacement item (in case of an exchange), or  
• Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received.
